Appalling Service by Cell C

<p>My LG G4 suddenly went dead on 19/09/2016 and on 20/09/2016 i took my phone to a Cell C outlet at centurion mall (upstairs as they refer to this particular shop) where i signed for for my cellphone contract. On 20/09/2016 when i took my phone in, I dealt with a lady by the name of Portia who was assisting with the booking of my phone. I must say that i spent almost an hour waiting for the system to "respond" while the consultant was helping me with my device. In this instance i will not blame the consultant as it was Cell C's slow systems that delayed the process.</p> <p> </p> <p>I received documents that stated that my device will will repaired and available for collection in 12 business days or 15 business days. I have been patient enough and today 17/10/2016 has been 19 business days, i went to the Cell C outlet and found a consultant who seemed uninterested in my query and just went to the back to check and came back with a response that i must wait for the sms that the phone has arrived. I then asked her what is the status of my device and with no response she looks at the guy next to her who apparently is their manager and tells me that he will call me back.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have not had any device to use ,i was comfortable with the 12/15 days wait however, if i go seek answers and no1 has a constructive response for me of which i am paying my contract on a monthly basis this is totally pathetic. I am still waiting for their manager to call me back.</p>
