my wife and i took two contracts under her name with cell c the deal was R229 per samsung A20 with allocations and accessories however when they delivered first thing colours were incorrect we got black instead of space grey second thing i was promised 64GB storage per device as we were taking two devices. A consultant by the name of Thabo when he called my wife i asked him if this device is NFC(near field communication) enabled and he put me on hold checked and said yes it is and no screen protector, cover and lte bluetooth were delivered as shown in the catalogue.I called in as a third party not to update anything to log a query and was sent from pillar to post. I then asked my wife to call and we awaiting feedback as they were going to listen to the call recording but till date nothing. I will not pay for two phones which are not NFC enabled, 64 GB storage and without accessories might as well cancel because this is not TCF (treating customers fairly)
