Appalling Service

I've had the worst service from cell c for the past few weeks. I bought R50 airtime from the capitec app and never got credited for it. When I called them I was told the recharge wasn't reflecting on their side yet money went out of my account. I called capitec who said the problem is on cell c's side. They requested for my statement which I provided but 15 days later I still don't have my refund. I received an sms saying that Noluthando Msane has been trying to contact me. I then called customer care and explained that I'm unreachable on my cellphone while at the office and provided them with an alternative number which they've never contacted me on. They keep opening and closes the cases but I still haven't received the airtime. When I asked them to send proof to capitec they were unable to. I've requested to be included in their communication but that's also a problem. I've spent way more than the 50 because of incompetence or the fact that my complaint isn't taken seriously. I've been with cell c for many years and how they've dealt with my case has left me deeply hurt.
