Appalling service and scheming customers

Good day

Please be advised that I am writing this formal complaint against cell c and all representatives who have touched my profile since the upgrade, Namely, Craig the sales representative from Merchant who sold a product under false pretenses and deliberately misled me for the benefit of the sale. I also would like to call out the QA agent who had passed his sales call, as this was not carefully observed.

I have called in numerous times to follow up on this matter but no concrete help has been provided and all follow ups have been initiated by me. I have requested the details of all the representatives of cell c who have been assigned to my case and I was denied by Elga Africa which I am sure is against the law.

Cell c has caused me inconvenience and financial distress as I have had to top up on data because they did not honour our contract. I would like for cell c to rectify this injustice and I have made numerous attempts to handle the matter with them but unfortunately they do not have any integrity and do not have any service ethos.

They are a registered FSP but do not adhere to the legislation of the FSB and need to held contempt for their abuse of consumers.
