Appalling service and no response to queries

I ordered a new cell phone contract on Friday 21 August which came together with a wifi router. The router was delivered on Tuesday 25 August without any notice (despite my specific request to arrange a suitable delivery time so that I would be able to make arrangements for a colleague to accept delivery). The cell phone was not delivered. I have contacted the sales person Vusimuzi Siluale on numerous occasions for feedback regarding the delivery of the cell phone but to date I have not received any adequate feedback
