Appalling service

I settled my cellc account on the 9th of march via a settlement discount with MBD attorneys to whom account had been handed over to,and furnished with a paid up letter by MBD after a long struggle.I then furnished cellc with a paid-up letter for them to close account and update my itc profile.cellc acknowledge receipt of my documents/paid-up letter I was then told that my account was send to their legal department for them to recall it from MBD, to cancel the remaining balance that resulted from settlement discount,close account and update ITC. I have been phoning almost daily and no one is willing or able to assist and today when i made a follow up as usual to my surprise I was told my account is no longer under MBD is handed over to Hammond pole attorneys.nothing was done by cellc's legal teams as the account is still as it was before it was handed over to them .@ cellc you dont care about your customers all you care about is money.i need this matter sorted urgently as it is affecting my created rating
