Appalling service

I'm so disgusted with the service from Cell C. I recently claimed for a laptop from the Cell C insurance. My claim was approved and I was asked to pay an access fee which I did. Since then, I've been trying to find out when my laptop will be delivered but I'm getting different excuses every time. This morning I spoke to one of the supervisors named Phehlo who was so rude and ***********. Then I was transferred to Candy who just hanged up on me.
