Appalling service

Good Day,

I have been experiencing ongoing issues with Cell C. I signed up for a contract in September 2019 for a Samsung A50 which includes insurance amounting to R478 a month, during lockdown April 2020 I started experiencing issues with the phone|(No it didnt fall and it wasn't damaged)|. I wnt to the Cell c outlet in blueroute mall where I asked to have a courtesy phone as I need for work purpose, I was then advised they don't have any available and decided leave as there was no way I could do without a phone. I, then returned to the same outlet in August to book y phone in for repair because by then I made sure i had a spare phone to use. I booked the phone in for repairs 4 weeks later received a message to say I can collect it. I fetch the phone and its worse than what it was, it wouldn't go on at all., by then I am furious because im liable to pay for something im not using. I go into the store the Monday to tell them of this, with all documentation they provided the day I went to fetch my phone, they tell me there's nothing they can do the phone is messed up and I should go and report it ******, been the person I am and not wanting to do things the ******* way I'm still left with a broken phone which I have to pay for!!!!!! I want a new phone and compensation for the inconvenience and appalling service, let alone employers telling me to do the wrong thing
