Appalling service

I have requested that they investigate the issues I have with not getting reception in Bellville. A technician was sent out and the conclusion is that Cell C can not do anything or will not do anything regarding their bad service in the area. Hence I requested that they cancel my contract as I am not willing to pay for a service they can not provide any longer. They can take the cellphone, I need to port my number, but I am not willing to pay any longer for a service they can not provide - I don't think the Consumer Protection Act will favor this. <br> <br> I have been trying to get the contract cancelled for 2 weeks + after the technician was here to no avail and promises of Cell C getting in touch, to no avail. I have also given my office number numerous times for them to phone on.
