Appalling service
Why am I handed over to VVM attorneys while my accounts are up to date? I am told a trace locator has been activated on my profile at VPB credit bureau. This is unacceptable. I sent emails to you guys asking about this outstanding amount and you never rep**** to a a single one. I called your call center and they don't know what I am talking about since my account is up to date. Your ineptitude is now causing me my credit record. Please fix this mess. Nxa
