Appalling Service

A month later and my phone hasn't been collected- problem still not solved and the service continues to be appalling - with no follow up at all. I wouldve at least expected an SMS/email if a phone call was too much!!!!!I considered giving you a second chance after you contacted me following my last review -but I am definately changing service providers after this awful experience with your company!!!
