Appalling service

Cell C is bad when it comes to customer service, bad is actually and understatement. I am disgusted hey. I have logged a call with them and I still have not had feedback. All I get is turnaround time is 2 days, guess what its been more than 3 weeks and i still haven't had any feedback. I am sick and tired of this. I asked a simple question on how I could have used 36 GB in one day especially since it is between midnight and 5am as i was not home on the day. I have never even gone over 40 GB in a single month but hey.I was told I would receive a data validation report by the 1st of September which I am still waiting for. Please help me understand here does Cell C not need my business? I have been promised an update and call backs of which I have received nothing. Please let me know If i need to look elsewhere as I am not getting the service I am paying for.
