Appalling Service

Good Day. I have been trying to finalise an account with Cell C and have received zero assistance since 30 March 2022. The service has been absolutely appalling. I have received over 7/8 case numbers without any feedback whatsoever it is shocking. The last reference received is ***.

I work for Capital Legacy and am trying to wind up an Estate, I have never come across such terrible service .
