Appalling service

I cant believe the absolute ***********s the people at Cell C. first these guys approved a contract request under my name that I didn't confirm or sign any documents for.. than I call and find out how I can fix the problem as I am not will to pay for this new account.. I was than requested to send an affidavit and a certified copay of my id. this was done on the 17/02/2015. two days late I got a call from a Grace Tukule who requested from me my bank statement I questioned this with the Grace she advised me the ***** department would need it to confirm if the is any fund debited from my account I advised her its not reflecting on my bank statement and it wouldn't because they had not debited me at that time. I also advised Grace the I had changed my payment method to cash which would mean no debit from Cell C would be made from my account. I than asked to speak to a team leader or manager.. the call was taken by a Monyabisi Phambo who advised me and confirmed with me that my case would be handle accordingly and he would advise the ***** department as to why I cant submit my statement. I haven received any call from the so called ***** department and my account is still being blocked
