Appalling service

In connection with my post about an unauthorized contract being opened up in my name & Cell C's refusal to reimburse me: <br> http://hellopeter.com/cell-c/complaints/cell-c-refusing-to-assist-with-***-billing-***<br> <br> After complaining on Hello Peter, I was promptly contacted by Mpho who put me in touch with Denver Naidu. Denver has been a pleasure to deal with and has gone the extra mile to assist and I was finally reimbursed for the unauthorised contract.<br> <br> Sadly, Denver has had to deal with the rest of the Cell C team in an effort to cancel my contract as Cell C promised. After weeks of chasing the retention's dept and more empty promises, I am no closer to any resolution.<br> <br> It has also been 7 months since I was promised the recordings of the unauthorized contract being taken out in my name - One cannot help but wonder what they have to hide. <br> <br> I would like to thank Denver for his hard work and integrity, rare qualities at Cell C it would seem. Clearly Cell C do not care about my business or my opinions.<br> <br> After being passed from pillar to post, **** to and let down over 9 months, I have been left no option but to take legal action.
