Vile customer care. I purchased a network-locked handset under the perquisite, given to me by Cell C, that I was to load R150 airtime to unlock it. I was sent from pillar to post, constantly following up, only to be rudely dismissed and left to deal with the problem without receiving any assistance. The plan of action has consequently been to port all Cell C numbers in my household to a different network.
