Appalling Service!!!!!

It has been more than 7 days and i have still not received my parcel from cell c. i have made more than 20 calls to this pathetic company and no one seems to know anything. I was told on Thursday 3rd December 2020 that my parcel was sent to the courier company however they could not tell me which company was handling the delivery. I was informed that I would receive my package no later than Monday 07 December 2020. There has been no feedback or correspondence.
