Appalling servi

I bought Cell C data from the mobile app using by bank card but the data was never allocated, however my money was taken from the bank. I called your call centre and your agents are telling me contradicting stories. I was told that they will load the data for me but it was never done then the other one said it can't be loaded cause I bought it using a bank card. Please make up your mind because I have nothing to do with your internal processes. Secondly I keep on getting the message that my account is owing which is not the case. I have written to the email stated and I don't get any acknowledgement or r reply and someone saw it got to keep on suspending my line and I costantly have to call your call center to have it opened. Please sort yourselves out
