Appalling Customer Service

After struggling for over a month to get my line unblocked even though my account is up to date they seem unable to sort it out. Really cell c this is ******** the way you treat your customers, taking money for a service you are not delivering is the very definition of ******** activity. As a long term customer, I think it's time to abandon this appalling company and their terrible service or lack of service, will be recommending to everyone I can speak too to not use Cell C.
