Appalling customer service
<p class="MsoNormal">I had booked in my Cat B15Q on the 20 April 2016. The speaker and touch screen were faulty and the phone constantly re-booted on its own. After being told that it would take 9 working days to be repaired, i had not received a call so i called the repair centre today and they had to do a follow up since there was no information on record. I then received a sms later on in the day stating that the repair costs are R2805.14 and that i need to call to accept or reject the quote. This phone is under warranty and i will not be liable for any charges! When do i expect to get the phone as it’s over 9 working days? If this matter is not resolved by tomorrow, I will exercise my consumer rights!</p>

13 May 2016, 06:47I received the report this morning stating that the sim card reader is damaged. I had given the phone in for repairs with the sim card reader working, no pins were damaged prior to this. I will not pay for something that i did not damage! The phone went to the store working, except for the faulty speaker and touch screen. I was told that it would take 9 working days to be repaired, after 9 working days, i had to call in to find out about the status of this phone. Thereafter i received a sms with a quote and it took them 4 days to send me the report. During this period, i have no idea how that damage occurred and i will not be liable for it.
