Appalling Customer Service

I had such a horrible experience with this company, I am very close to cancelling the contract. I app**** for my 2nd contract on the on the 10th of June and recieved it on the 11th of June which was all good and well. When I opened the package I received the phone without the sim card, called Cell C immediately and I was told someone would deliver the sim within 3 working days, The person I spoke to did not even ask for my cell phone or ID number. I had to call Cell C and tell them that the sim card has not arrived, and it was eventually delivered after 5 working days. I called Cell C again to let them know that i have received the sim and asked for them to activate it, again no one took my details and I was told to keep the sim in my phone and that i would be active within 24Hrs and that did not happen. I then called them on the weekend I was told the department is closed and that i must call again on Monday, asked to speak to a team leader Karabo who promised that he would try everything in his power to sort this out he took my number and promised to call me back of which he did not. I called looking for him I was told they is no team leader called Karabo on the floor in JHB, I must keep calling Until I get through to the KZN branch I must have called about 25 times on Saturday and I couldn't get through to KZN. I called again on Sunday got through to the KZN Branch and they also did not have a team leader called Karabo. I called on Monday spoke to Ntombi who is the one I got the contract with, she gave me an explanation I was not satisfied with. She then sent my call Through to Nkosana Buthelezi who also promised to fix the problem and then call me back and he didn't. I got a call this morning from Mbali who asked for my sim number again and also promised to call me back, As i type this I am still waiting for her call. The service all in all was disgusting, not professional, and attitude of some agents was just appalling, they struggled to sympathise until I mentioned that i was going to Hellopeter with this. I regret taking the contact with Cell C and wouldn't advice any of my friends and relatives to take a contact Through Cell C.
