Appalled by service

Disgusting service, no regard for customers, called the contact center asking for the consultant who had assisted us with our contract data sims to get back to us, until date no such call has been received, miss communication between staff within the contact center, left disappointed by a service provider i have been with for more then 6 years i am now left not wanting anything to do with them and would not recommend them.
