It is with great regret that it has come to a point where I address this e mail to you.
It is important that I firstly address the brief history of this matter at hand:-
1. I was ****** at gun point by ********* on the 17 April 2019 in Johannesburg. Needless to say that my wife was stabbed in process. My motor vehicle was also badly damaged through this incident.
2. On the same day I proceeded to report the incident at Dawn Park police station and the case was opened under cas number 134/4/2019. This case has been however transferred to Moffatview SAPS under case number 322/4/2019 for further investigation.
3. On the 17 April 2019 I contacted cell c customer services to report my ****** cell phone Samsung Galaxy (S10+) . I was assisted by a lady who advised me that she could not backlist the phone because of the system which was not working however she will SMS me the ITC no once the system is back on, IT SUFFICE TO MENTION THAT TILL THIS DAY I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THAT SMS.
4. On the 18 April 2019 I called the customer service again , I was advised that they can not help me because the ITC staff is on strike.
5. On the 23 April 2019 I personally went to a cell store in Carlton Centre " SAME STORY" . I was requested to complete a form which was to be sent to escalations department, I was also advised that I will be contacted and given insurance forms to complete upon receipt of the ITC SMS, till this day nothing has happened .
6. Today 25 April 2019 I again contacted the customer centre, again to query this issue , one Ms G. Leepile and Ms D. Adams who advised me that ITC staff is on strike and thy have no idea whatsoever as to when the strike will be over.
So my question is :-
a) As a valued customer , is that the treatment I deserve?
b) How complicated is to blacklist a cell phone?
c) Does this mean that my debit order will be put on hold until the strike is over as it would be unfair or rather ******* of the company to benefit where they have not offered ant services whatsoever
In conclusion , I now demand the following:-
1. that my claim be processed immediately ( before end of business today).
2. should this not be done ( no debit order shall de processed on my account until this matter is resolved).
3. should I not receive any feedback by end of business this contract shall be cancelled immediately failing which legal action will instituted in the High Court for an order cancelling this contract and cell c shall be liable for costs thereof.
