App purchases are false

I have been with Cell C for years and I have to say they finally pulled my nerve. I use the app to always add data and airtime to my sim, however they did an update recently and its terrible.

The app as such not so bad but I bought myself data as I needed it urgently. They had 5GB for R160. So I ended up paying, money taken off the account, but no data, shortly after probably just over an hour later I bought the same thing again, highly dissatisfied as again money off the account and no data. No one can assist so I tried the cheaper data a day later 1.2 gb for R69, oh but now I get the data but only 600mb. Cell C customer service cant help as they say my bank must sort it out, my bank says they cant do anything as I bought it through the app and the purchase has already been done. All I can say is Cell C is now taking money, giving you nothing and putting their hands in the air even after screenshots, bank statements everything has been sent to show. Its theft and I will not leave it there. Just imagine how big their pockets are if they do this to 1000 people everyday. Terrible!
