Aphauled

I have every day thus far recieved calls from cells cs debt collection legal department .telling me that i owe funds.i called my provider and after over 20 minutes i was told that they do appologise that this is a mistake on their side .there is no funds that r in arrears.the guy even liased with the legal department informing them i recieved a sms with a query thing and everything that was 2 days ago since then yeatersah and today i have been called by this department. Cell c is draging my name thru the nud with my credit profile as they r wrongfully ading me to legal department having my account reflected as a arreas account.i have been experiencing to many problems with cell c lately.i am aphauled by this.as consumers that maintain their payaments our reputations should be upheld and not wrongfully ruined cause of mistakes made by them. I am so tired of having to complain on hello peter because matters r not resolved corectly .i was even reasured that the matter will be sorted and i had calmed down after speaking to a consultant whome actually helped me.and now.is cell c provider going to pay for my blood pressure problems this unecessary stress is causing me.i want cell c to sort this mesa of theirs out with their legal department and stop and prevent this from hapernjng in future!!!
