Apalling Service

The original complaint started due to Cell C misleading us, and going back on a Contract promised . Ref ***. Then spent weeks, following up on Cell C's mess, and the level of customer service and feedback has been appalling. Tebogo Nkosi from customer care promised to call back last week but still nothing! Just called Cell C again, and was told to should follow up with the Sales department. Really? What is Tebogo doing for the last week then? <br> <br> Lodged a complaint with Hello Peter and Cell C said they made contact via Moses but this was not done! Wow Cell C. Seriously, are we misleading customers, and now lying too? We're done trying to follow up on a mistake you made. You don't seem to want to help us. and this is not right! Next steps are ICASA and the Ombudsmen.<br> <br>
