Anything for a sale
I was called by Cell C and offered a wonderful upgrade deal as my contract is now available for an upgrade. 2 weeks later I am called and told my upgrade wasn't an update, that Freedom Cele, the wonderful sales agent went and opened a new contract under my name. I now have 2 contracts being debited off my account. This is not fair and as far as I am concerned *******. I never once agreed to an additional contract. He then has the audacity to call me and tell me I didn't understand while being very arrogant and rude. I am VERY unimpressed with Cell C!! I managed to get hold of a lady who is now getting this phone collected and I really hope everything reversed as this is just not on. DISGUSTED CELL C
