Anybody, please help.

Good day. In 2008 I took out a contract with Cell C, which included a Samsung phone. This would cost me R100 per month. Incidentally I have never received anything in writing, specifically the contract, all done over the phone. I received a Company phone and the Cell C contract expired. Despite numerous calls to cancel the R100 is still coming off my bank a/c. When I give particulars I am told that that is not the information that is on record. No wonder, I could never check that the correct details were captured. My latest attempt was to day with a gentleman named Xolani, who was very polite. The recorded call no. is *** for reference. The same problem, my particulars did not match. Please, please cancel the debit order as the phone has not been used for some years now, which you can verify through your records, which I hope are more correct than my personal details. Enough is enough and I am being as pleasant as I can be under circumstances and frustration. Please cancel the Debit Order forthwith. Thank you, Geoff
