<p>Hi, I took out a new contract via Cell C direct. I took out a pinnacle 600 contract in January 2017 which states I must get a R5000 cashback card additional 600 minutes and 600 SMS on the normal which comes standard with the Pinnacle 600 range. I have not to date received my R5000 cashback or the additional 600 minutes nor SMS . I phoned numerous of times and still I havent gotten any feedback what so ever. I am paying for a product that was advertised and still got burned at the end of the day. Cell C got the deal and is taking my money so who cares about anything els now.</p>
