Just sharing my first review and the latest update as i as so gatvol of dealing with this *********** Cell C and Kie

Stop harassing me and check your records - as all should be recorded and noted I had a contact for years with Cell C - i cannot recall the dates as it was more than a year ago and don't even remember the number but when my contract renewed i cancelled the contact. They then thereafter still debited and i informed them that i have cancelled and they told me i have not followed the process. I then supp**** them with detailed emails that was send in this regard that i requested to to cancel. In the more than year past no debits happened, no communication but the past month receiving sms from them stating that i owe them R 877.77. I just got a call from them requesting the payment as i did not follow the process and told them i have the email proof that i have already send them more than year back and now they want to jump up and down. Told them to stop harassing me and i wont pay that as i have the proof but clearly they are desperate - Cell C - all our calls are requested - please go draw the calls when the cancelation was discussed at that time already. Regards, Cell C | PN JP C’s reply 06 Feb 2025 at 08:29 After requesting for recordings and sending my mail communication Cell C is like desperate vultures - they not adhering to any of your request but they non stop keep threatening you to pay. My ITC profile is strong and now in your head you think that these *********** people would go so far and list you so its like communicating with a 3 year old i made a payment of R 909.31 on the 22 October 2024 @ 11:26. With the proof of payment i send it to them and as good a %$# they then keep sending me threatening messages sms to make payment or they will act. In my head i thought they cant be this *********** and ten to one just going to take them a year to actually update the account because they useless in the first place. I then got a mail from a company called DMC Debt Management that informs me that i have been handed over to them and again i thought let me just send them the mail and proof of Payment for at Cell C they not competent enough to have acted on my proof of payment mail. So i send the proof and mail to this debt people believing they can manage it better than cell c. No response so great a company that actually can do their job. Now for flip sakes, last night i received a mail again from DMC Debt Managment giving me options to pay the account and giving discount if i pay now or options to pay it off as they have taken this over.

Now i dont know what to do anymore as if i could draw them pictures maybe but doubt that will also help. So i just responded again with POP from my bank on the dates and times the payment was made in October as mentioned above.

I am asking Cell C and this new partners of your DMC - do your flippen job and stop harrassing me. I have read other reviews and only bit of peace of mind i get is that there is many more that gets treated like ********s by Cell C.

And don't phone me - you have my email address - your number comes up on my phone as **** and with my experience dealing with Cell C i do see you as ****mers.
