Another terrible experience with cell c

Yet again cell C proves to be ***********. My phone bill is paid and up to date yet they suspend my account... I had to close my bank account earlier this year as a result of cell c *****... They are well aware of it! My account is paid via eft every month yet they suspend my account due a bounced debit... Of course the debit bounced-- the acc ount is closed!!! I've sent the required documents 1 June.... Now, 4 months later they apparently know nothing of this! I can't wait to end my contract! Will never recommend cell C to anyone! Biggest mistake ever was continuing my contract...
