Another mess up by CellC

After months of no coverage from Cell C they agreed to cancel the contracts - their own technicians proved no coverage at no further costs or cancellation fees. Thought well done Cell C. Now months later get a very rude call from a \private number"to say I owe money on the contract. No invoices or statement but must just pay.<br> This is back to the usual bad Cell C service. Maybe because they are paying for new clients by offering up to R10"
