another lie from cellc

after logging a helopeter complain regarding irregular deductions from my account. said she will send email acc on Monday since she not at work on last Friday. just another lie.... still waiting and still cell c deducted and incurred r1600 losses on my account after promising not to take money from my account ,then taking 3 times off my account after lieng to me about 4 contract to be cancelled 4 months after it expired?
