(Another) Cell C complaint

It seems that my sim card is not working. I phoned the helpdesk and they advised that I can do a sim swop with them, but that I need to get a sim card from a shop. 50km later and I have the sim card. I speak to an operator who asks me to hold after every question. After about 10 minutes of this, she advised me that her system does not work anymore and that I should phone the number again. I call the number again and not it seems to be looping after you select to speak to an operator. I gives you the options, I select to speak to an agent/operator and then it gives the options again. Funny thing is that after my earlier call, a computer voice asked me to rate them. Their ratings must be horrible!!
