ANOTHER CELL C COMPLAINT

I was so relieved to finally be free of Cell C as I have not renewed any of my 3 cellphone contracts with them, due to poor service, while I get ready to port my number to a service provider that has better customer service. It seems my joy was short lived because I am still being billed by Cell C and I have no clue what for. The Call Centre is a frustration to call and they are unable to assist. The electronic billing is in a format that requires some sort of software to be able to view it. I have no idea what I am still paying for. I am convinced that this is deliberate and a way to ***** money from unsuspecting clients. Why is it that this is the only electronic bill I receive that can't be viewed simply and easily? Strangely my profile shows me as a prepaid and offers no billing information. \CELL C FOR THEMSELVES". My frustration has no end with these *********** and unhelpful people. My advice is go with any network except Cell C. Right now though"
