Annoying Service!

I received a call today from Cell C to upgrade my account! Once l made it clear l’m cancelling my contract l was send from one person to another, all asking the same security questions! The third person even asked if don’t want to gift the contract to someone else, l got annoyed! She then proceeded to tell me she’ll connect me to cancellation! I had my phone on loud speaker in the car and we were all stunned when the so call transfer to cancellation dept got cut off! No attempt to call back! I WANT THIS CONTRACT CANCELLED! ANY XTRA MONTHLY DEBT ORDERS I HAVE TO PAY WILL BE PAID BACK IN INTEREST! The Cell C number in question is *** (contract l have for my son) but reach me on *** as l’m responsible for account!
