Annoying service!!!

Very fustrated with their service i have called 3 times to report a router that isn't giving me connection and all 3 times i had to do verrification, explain the reason for my call and all their agents tell me that they need to transfere to the technical department and no one answers the call on the technical department. I called again the fourth time and asked the agent to transfer me to the technical delartment bacause thats where i needed to get assistance from and she wanted to repeat the reason why i needed to be transfered and do verrification again. Im so annoyed!!!
