Annoying

My mother took out two contract sim cards for my younger brother and i. The monthly subscription fee is deducted from her bank account every month, and yet on more than 3 occasions we've had our sim cards blocked by them claiming that the accounts are in arears. This is very annoying as it means every month my mom has to call them and tell them the same sh#t. They send us sms's every month telling us how our accounts are in arears, then they block them and then threaten to charge us extra for late payment, when they chose not to deduct the money. Cell c sucks and i can't wait for this damn contract to end. See me using cell c again, please feel free to shoot me
