Can cellc please assist with sending me a paid up letter of a closed account I have been trying for the past 3 months you say account was sent to nimbro group I called them over 6 times gave all details account don't appear it's over 5 years please can you get someone to send me a paid up letter so I can remove it from my profile its all I've been asking...

How do I get a paid up letter can you guys not arrange it as I've been trying with this nimbo group they don't pick up anything on their side how do I resolve this matter I called them over 6 times as I always get referred to them?
