On the 11th May I called to upgrade my 3 contracts. On the 26th May one of the new phones was delivered. To date I have had no correspondence from Cell C as to why the other two phones haven't been delivered as yet. I've called as well as sent emails but I receive no feedback. This is utterly unacceptable.
