ANNOYED

Cell c agents are honestly ***********. At the end of September I ordered the Samsung Galaxy A22, I was told by the agent that the device was on promotion and I can get it for R250 pm. After ordering the the device I kept receiving sms's saying that the device is not available so I called in to the call center to change the device, after a long wait the agent said they changed the device to the A34 which was not done because a few days later I received the phone I initially ordered which was the A22. This is not a problem, the problem is that I received my bill from cell c saying that my installment is R329.80 WHICH WAS NOT THE PRICE MENTIONED BY THE AGENT. Something needs to be done about this, agents should not be bull****ting paying clients, this is unacceptable.
