Annoyed

Im being threatened that my benefits will be blocked after you guys have not been deducting from my account, I had to make manual payments. I called to ask the reason for No deduction and I was told its a system issue, once the system is fixed you guys randomly debit my account on the 29th even though my debit order date is the 20th.

Im soo annoyed I dont know how your number service provider shame
