Annoing sms's I received daily up to 5 times a day!!

I've reported my problem twice to Cell C. I phoned them 3 times. I get the following message from them : "Dear, you already reached 20000, you cannot use contentbilling service, Cell C." How on earth can't they stop this sms message?? VERY POOR SERVICE.
