Angry, frustrated and tired

I am not sure why i am still with Cell c as i have only been loyal for a very bad service, i have received a laptop from them for morenthan a month and it is useless to me as i can not use it, i have been struggling to set it up i called them a couple of yimrs but no one seemsnto be willing to assist and also i have been to the Menlyn branch but they sent me back to thei technical department who also can not assist me , i am very angry , frustrated and tired of Cellc , i would like to warn everyone that cell c will take your money for more 15 years but when it come to service you will have to wait another 15 years, i need cell.c to take back their laptop and refund me as they are taking my money for nothing
