Angry Customer

I have a contract with cell c, i did experience poor service including. their staff is very annoying they do not care, my phone was sent for repairs and they sent me a wrong account no. for excess fee but now i am the one who suppose to take responsibilty while they can negotiate with insurance department as the excess fee is still within them. my phone was with them since 05-02-2020 till today i dont have my phone with. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND CELL C TO ANYONE.
