Angry customer

I had a terrible experience when it comes to the call center of cell c. They have delivered wrong items early August still today they have not collected it and they are deducting money from my account for the service they are not even rendering. I am so hurt and disappointed. Last time l spoke to the their consultant in September she said it takes 3 to 7 working days to collect. Now it's towards the end of October. I am very angry.
