I went to cell C in Vincent after paying my account in full with them a month ago and app**** for a laptop and lady named Simphiwe from Credit Vetting approved my application without an ID number , nor confirming my name and She apperently approved a wrong person and Asanda (Client Consultant) had already told me I was approved but now I was declined just like that! POOR IDENTIFICATION PROTOCOLS LEAD TO POOR PERFOMANCE. Im sitting here without a laptop and the lady from Cell C never even apologized to the consultant to let me know. Im very Unhappy with Cell C
