Angry Cell C customer

I am a very Disappointed Cell C customer who will never recommend this useless network to anyone .. I was called on the 21st of May 2018 telling me that I'm in arrears of R66.90. I than advisem them I will make payment on the 31st which I did . My lines are suspended and i call today after waiting 56 minutes of no use rather tells me that I owe R120 .. I tell I was told its R66.90 she says she wont be able to do anything than I get told I need to speak to Mduduzi Phanjekwayo on ********** . I called and speak to Busi who than advises me that Mduduzi does not work in that department and than I vent all out on her and insist on speaking to Him she tells me that he can not receive calls or speak to anyone . I than asked to speak to the manager than Faith a supposed manager answers the call and is of no use because she came to no conclusion she tells me that I should pay the R76 outstanding and once investigation is completed they will come to a conclusion .. I have not met people that can not do their job like the 3 ladies I spoke to . They are of no use to the Cell C environment . Faith has the nerve to tell me that my lines will stay suspended till I pay the R76. I just wonder why should I pay it when the person who informed me gave me the wrong information .. Maybe if they had more competent people working there i would have paid my whole outstanding bill in full. I even have an sms stating that there is an outstanding bill of R66 .
