Angry Cell C Client

<p>I am really disgusted with the way that Cell C and the C-saurance team have handled my claim, phone was sent in Three river sqaure mall for repairs 25.01.2016 to date i havent recieved it back , the repairs were said to be around 2000 i advised the insurance that rather than getting the phone fixed its best if i can get a new one i was requested to fill in the claim form every consulatnt i spoke with somehow could not send the form on my mail i hjad to go to a store to get the forms that was done excess money also did get paid but till to date there is no one giving me feedback and everyone i am in contact with is unable to assist.</p> <p> </p> <p>its amazing how a person is obliged to make payments every month but service provided is very disgusting</p>
