So yesterday I tried to get a cellphone contract and registered my number online, then an agent by the name of Refilwe phoned me from cell c. The lady started speaking and I could not hear her well as the line was very bad, I then asked her to re-introduce herself and then she asked me to give her my id number, I then refused for obvious reasons (I could get ****med) she then said to me my id number starts with 88 then insulted me *** is the number that was used to phone me today, really disappointed in her as a sales consultant

23 Sept 2021, 21:12Thank you so much for the reply, it's not that I want to slander your name but the consultant said she is call2from cell c, I wish there was a way for me to get the recording somehow as I'm with cell c, people like her needs to be stopped. I thank you for getting back to me.
